Damac Properties on Wednesday announced the launch of the #DAMACFALLFEST, a campaign that features significant offers on select properties.
The campaign, which runs through September, covers the developer’s prime offerings in Business Bay, Damac Hills and Akoya.
It features exclusive offers such as up to 50 percennt discount on select properties, up to 30 percent guaranteed returns, 10 percent savings on luxury villas with flexible payment plans of up to three years, and instant income on pre-leased homes.
Damac said it is offering up to 50 percent off select homes in Celestia in Dubai South while at Akoya, the developer is offering a 10 percent discount on luxury villas along with a three-year flexible payment plan.
During the campaign, buyers can also benefit from a 4 percent discount on registration fees and a three-year payment plan at Just Cavalli Villas.
At Damac Hills, the developer said it is offering a discount on registration fees and service charges for ten years, along with a 15 percent discount and a three-year payment plan on luxury villas, and a 20 percent discount and a three-year payment plan on golf course-facing apartments in Kiara.
Damac has also announced that it will be offering a discount of 5 percent, a service fee waiver for five years, and a flexible payment plan on ready-to-move-in furnished apartments in Damac Maison and Privé.
Another offer guarantees rental returns of up to 30 percent over three years on hotel units and up to 21 percent over three years on residential units at the Paramount Tower Hotel & Residences.
Damac said it is also offering buyers guaranteed returns of 30 percent over three years at the Radisson Dubai Damac Hills while also offering an easy payment plan of three years on luxury apartments starting at AED330,000 at Amora Golf Verde.
During the #DAMACFALLFEST campaign, Damac is also offering a guaranteed gift, a new Mercedes Benz, to customers buying homes at Damac Towers by Paramount (A, B and D towers) and Royal Golf Boutique Villas. Customers who are looking at two- and three-bedroom apartments at Golf Town in Damac Hills will also benefit from this offer.
