The United Arab Emirates-based real estate company, Emaar, has unveiled the second phase of its Expo Golf Villas.
Following an “overwhelming sales response” to the initial launch, the second phase will include the development of a limited collection of three- and four-bedroom premium villas which all overlook an 18-hole championship golf course.
Located near the Expo 2020 Dubai site and in close proximity to the Al Maktoum International Airport, the homes are expected to appeal to professionals working in business hubs in the Dubai district.
Emaar confirmed that the investors will have a “convenient payment plan with monthly instalments to be paid over an extended period of five and a half years,” with prices set to begin from $272,215.
The news follows the announcement in December 2018 that Emaar had agreed to launch business development operations in China in a bid to appeal to Chinese investors and advertise its luxury hotel brand in the country.
